600 Gold Per Hour Farming Fish Feasts in WotLK

The Fish Feasts are one of the best cooking buffs, and the most used raid buff given by cooks. You can make a lot of gold just farming the fish needed for the Fish Feast.

But of course you’ll need to know exactly what to fish and where to go, right? Well that’s where this quick guide will come into play.

Requirements

Fishing Skill 400+

Fishing Pole

Lures that give you extra fishing.

(Find Fish, this ability really really helps)

Fish Feasts Materials

1x Northern spice

2x Musselback Sculpin

2x Glacial Salmon

2x Nettlefish

So the idea here is to fish up as many of the fish as possible, then to list them on the Auction House for a huge profit. Some servers may not even have anyone actively farming these, in which case you can make twice as much gold.

Musselback Sculpin

Really the only place worth mentioning is Lake Kum’uya Northeast of Warsong Hold. It has a 90% drop rate, and each node has 3-5 catches in it.

Glacial Salmon

Easily caught in the rivers of Grizzly Hills. It’s easiest to ride or fly along the river that runs north from the east side of Venture Bay then up to the lakes on the north side of the zone.

Nettlefish

Fish up some of the Nettlefish Schools in Sholozar Basin, just follow the rivers and you will find plenty.

In just one hour you can easily catch enough fish for 20 or more fish feasts for yourself. I’ve found that you can easily list the stacks on the Auction House for 20g or more profit.

Farming Gold in WOTLK – The Best Items To Farm in Northrend

Want to start farming gold in WOTLK but don’t know where to start? It can be difficult to make money in a new expansion, since not everyone knows everything about it. You can always stick to farming stuff from other areas. But since Northrend is the newest one, you will want to stay here. Mainly because people will be here too, so they will need items found in this area.

When I wanted to start farming gold in WOTLK, I didn’t know what to go for. Should I kill mobs and loot them, or should I hunt rare mobs and bosses? This has always been a problem in WoW for me.

There are so many things you can do to make gold. But not all of them work in all the areas of the game. It’s like every zone has it’s own way to make gold. Until you find those, you won’t make too much of it.

When it comes to Wrath of the Lich King expansion, I found that certain items sell best. These are crafting resources. These always sell, no matter what type you get. The ones in Northrend sell even better. The easiest to get are the ones you can gather.

Keep an eye out for Saronite, Cobalt and Titanium Ore, these are the Mining resources that are the most valuable. Other materials you should look out for are Icethorn and Lichbloom flowers. These are very sought after because when you gather them, you can get a Frostlotus. A flower used in pretty much every aspect of crafting.

If you want to add to those materials, look for spots that have elemental mobs and farm them for Eternal elements. Look for a spot that is near some Mining nodes and flower spawn points and you will make a lot of money.

If you find a good spot, you can make a lot of gold with two hours of farming each day. You just have to remember to move fast and make the most of the time you have. Don’t worry about your items not getting sold. Because they will, very fast. You can also keep your loot until there aren’t many on the AH and then put them for sale for higher prices. That’s all you need to start farming gold in WOTLK.

LOTRO Gold Farming Guide

Are your gold reserves running dry? You can’t find the time to attend to some raids for some gold? Don’t know where to get some gold? If that is the case then do not despair, there are many like you. Lucky there are things out there that can help you, like a LOTRO gold farming guide. A guide such as that can be the answer you have been looking for.

I am going to demonstrate how a LOTRO gold farming guide can help you by writing one here. The spot I’m about to share with you has been one of my favourites and used it with success many times. The only down side is that the mobs are level 46-47, but I don’t think that will be a problem with the extra ten levels we got with the Moria update.

The spot in question is called ONGBISHUK, it’s an orc camp south-east of Angmar, just North of Gabilshathur. Pretty easy to get to. They usually are in groups so you have to be prepared to fight 2-3 at the same time, besides that there are some who roam as well, a safe spot where you can kill them would be that pile of tree trunks on the left as you enter the camp. The mobs there are Blogmal Skirmisher (ranged), Blogmal Defiler (caster/healer type), Blogmal Warrior (melee, they disarm). You can find more details about them in a LOTRO gold farming guide. The trick is which mobs to kill, for example, don’t attack one melee orc and one caster one, unless your a good damage dealer, the melee orc will disarm you while the other one will heal like crazy. You can attack a skirmisher and a warrior at the same time, just make sure you don’t let the skirmisher use his bow. The spot has a 3-4 minutes respawn rate, so if you go there when level 45 or 46, if you are careful, you can make loads of XP too.

After about 1 hour of killing you should have, depending on how fast you can kill and how many have you killed, about 400 silver pieces and 4 bags full of loot. The item would be Orc Campaign-medallions (reputation item), War-master’s Lashes (reputation item), Legendary Pages, Beryls, Undeciphered Moon-letters, Long-lost Second Age Texts, Single Use Recipes and some yellow items plus some trash loot. Depending, again, on how many you have killed, you should make around  2.5 gold if you put the items on the AH for sale. The trash loot gets sold to a NPC merchant of course. The mobs being orcs, can also drop purple stuff too, so that means more gold for you.

I hope this will help, even though it wasn’t as detailed as a LOTRO gold farming guide can be, I’m sure it will still help. I have to repeat this, I killed there with a ranger and got those drops, if you have a better class than mine, then the reward will be greater than mine and vice versa. A few good hours of farming there and you’ll be alright to buy whatever you want.

Easy WoW Gold with Primal Farming

Primal farming in World of Warcraft is new to The Burning Crusade expansion. Its a great way to make solid steady gold to get that epic mount or new armor you might need. Obviously Throne of elements is the best place but it usually has lots of others there witch can slow down gains. Scald is usually a bit better and is the best spot for farming Primal Fire.

If you need Primal Manas Netherstorm is the place to go. Especially just outside of area 52. The mana wrathes and wyrms have good drop rates. Or the Mana Ghosts by kirin var village ruins. Primal Air can be found throughout Nagrand and in Shadowmoon valley. The Mobs that drop the motes are usually pretty spread out and hard to farm.

Nagrand Halaani basin is 1 of the best places to get Primal Water. The Mobs are low level and easy to farm. There is plenty of them and they are not immune to frost so its the perfect place for Frost mages to farm any Primal water they would need.

There is a lake at the Northern edge of Terrokar forest witch has a type of Mana fish that can drop Primal Manas. This used to be a good secret spot but it may have some competition there nowadays.

Primal earth and life should come from the Gathering profession. But if your server supports it you can farm the Bog lords north of swamp rat post in zangarmarsh for Primal life. And the various Earth elementals in Nagrand for Primal Earth. For Primal Shadow Farming the Void spawns in Nagrand or Hellfire.

Over all farming Primals is a solid way to make gold. Its easy and mindless. Try focusing on the Primals with good Auction House value on your server.

Farming Gold WOTLK – How To Farm Gold In Northrend Without Getting Bored

Farming gold WOTLK is boring business. Especially if you are on a PvE server. Players usually go to a single spot and stay there to farm their hearts out. While that might work just fine, you can do better. You can make more gold than other people, and you won’t get bored as much as them. But you will have to waste more time while farming. In the end, you will see that’s worth it.

I always hated staying in one spot and keep killing mobs. I could never last for more than 20 minutes. I would stay focused and kill mobs really fast, but then I always get distracted and lose interest. So instead of fighting this, I decided to use to my advantage.

The new WOTLK area is very large and is full of all sorts of mobs and also resources. So I started looking for a way to start farming gold WOTLK without getting bored and still be effective. After a lot of looking around and testing some spots, it hit.

Why should you stick to farming in just one spot? Why not use more spots to make gold. So I started simply roaming an area, and kill mobs and also gather everything I could. In Wintergrasp, for instance, you can find several spots that give Eternal elements or crystallized ones. Not only that, but there are a lot of flowers, ore and clouds that could be harvested.

In time, I put together a route, in my mind, that within two hours or so, got me a whole bunch of loot. From crystallized fire to cloth and so on. You also need to have two gathering skills. They will only add on your profits.

On such a run, I usually make around 900g in 2 hours. Not too bad considering that I don’t stay too long in one place and the time passes really quick. I will even meet enemy players and have fun with them whenever I need some action. You can make gold in WoW without having to grind for hours, this proves it. You just have to know the best way to start farming gold WOTLK.
